For your first visit to the clinic, we kindly ask that you bring the following: your ID, insurance cards, any required authorization (if applicable), and a list of all medications you are currently taking. Additionally, if you wear glasses, please bring them with you so we can assess your current vision accurately.

Walk-in appointments are typically available between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. However, availability cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the clinic's schedule and patient flow on that day.

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both our patients and staff, we kindly request that you avoid bringing additional companions to your appointment.

However, if you do require assistance, we ask that you limit this to one caregiver or support person. This policy, therefore, is specifically designed to prioritize the safety and comfort of all patients during their visit.

We accept Medicare, Medi-Cal HMO plans, and all PPO plans. If you’re unsure whether your insurance is accepted, feel free to contact us for assistance with verification.

Unfortunately, cosmetic procedures such as blepharoplasty are not covered by health insurance.
